Coach Harris

Coach Ashley Harris is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana where she attended St. Mary’s Dominican High School. Ashley was part of the varsity volleyball team where she was named All-State and All-District in her Senior Season. She went on to play volleyball at Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. Coach Ashley started all four seasons at Millsaps where she played primarily in the Libero position. She received the following honors in her career as a Major: SAA Academic Honor Roll (2014-2017), SAA First Team (2015 and 2017), SAA Second Team (2016), AVCA All-Region First Team Libero (2015), AVCA All-Region Honorable Mention (2017) and named SAA Defensive Player of the Year (2015 and 2017). She has seven years of coaching experience in club volleyball (MS Volleyball and Infinity Volleyball Academy) and four years of coaching experience at the high school level (Jackson Academy and Hartfield

Academy). Coach Ashley is the currently middle school volleyball coach at Our Lady Academy. Coach Ashley received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Millsaps College and currently works at Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company as an Actuarial Analyst.
