Coach Parker

Coach Parker's journey in sports began at the age of 5, marking the early start of her passion for athletics. She continued to pursue this passion through her time playing basketball at Pearl River Community College before furthering her education with a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Southern Mississippi. Alongside her academic pursuits, Coach Parker maintains a professional role as an accountant at Cadence Insurance, holding an MS insurance producer license.

Notably, Coach Parker proudly represented Gulfport High, as a player, in the 2017 MS All-Star games for both basketball and volleyball, earning consecutive spots on the Sun Herald All-South teams and securing a coveted place on the 2017 Clarion Ledger volleyball squad.

Coach Parker's dedication and skill are evident in her current #11 ranking for kills on MaxPreps. Beyond her achievements, her time as team captain during her senior year was pivotal, sparking her passion for coaching. Through the dynamics of teamwork, she learned invaluable life lessons, shaping her approach to coaching and leadership.

Grateful for the experiences that have molded her, Coach Parker also indulges in her hobbies as a devoted bookworm and sneakerhead!
