Coach Russell

Coach Russell boasts over 5 years of volleyball coaching experience. She served as an assistant coach at Bay High School from 2012 to 2013 before assuming the role of Head Middle School Volleyball Coach at Bay-Waveland Middle School, where she has dedicated herself for the past 3 seasons. 

Believing fervently in the power of hard work, Coach Russell emphasizes that anyone can achieve their goals with dedication. She infuses her coaching philosophy with a balance of diligence and enjoyment, recognizing the importance of fostering both skill development and a positive atmosphere on the court.

Coach Russell is the district Behavior Specialist for the Bay-Waveland School District, where she finds daily fulfillment in aiding others. Balancing her professional commitments with her family, she cherishes the bustling atmosphere of home, where sports and academics intertwine seamlessly in her children's lives.
